The Client
Three Warriors was born from the desire to reformulate the beauty industry and bring mindful, high-performance and clean beauty products to the market.
This new product is the first of many they’re bringing to market, focusing on face, neck and décolletage delivering low-maintenance luminosity, tapping into the 'no makeup', healthy, fresh-faced aesthetic that their community values.
Audience
Women aged 30—60 who want glowing, clear skin with minimal effort, and are discerning about the ingredients in their skincare products. They are willing to pay a premium
for products that they know are effective,
as they value their self-care time, and experiences over things.
The Brief
This new range of skincare-first hybrid products, signifies an elevation of the Three Warriors brand as a whole, taking design cues from luxury fragrance and fashion brands, that is minimal, bold, and timeless.
We wanted to create a campaign that heroes natural beauty, with imagery that leans heavily into radiant, natural skin, with visible texture, fine lines and imperfections, challenging traditional beauty standards.
Scope
Working closely with Three Warriors Marketing & Brand Director, Megan Pate, we created a well-rounded campaign that involved digital and print marketing material, assets for PR events, a pop-up Beauty Incubator space at David Jones Sydney, as well as ongoing community EDMs and socials
to promote, educate, and increase brand awareness.
The Concept
Effortless Radiance; Naturally
The launch of the Radiant Complexion Serum, marks the beginning of the Three Warriors evolution, positioning themselves as a premium, high-performance organic beauty brand, that is timeless, luxury and communicates the brand’s mission of creating everyday, effortless radiance; naturally.
The Radiant Complexion Serum launch campaign focused on simplicity, natural skin, and beauty stripped back, taking design cues from luxury fragrance & fashion, that is bold, minimal and timeless.
Our imagery highlights natural, radiant skin with tight crops and close zooms paired with bold, minimal design to let the product speak for itself.
Pre-Launch Campaign
Redefining Skincare
The intention behind our pre-launch campaign was to generate hype, and allude to Three Warriors’ loyal customer base, that there was an exciting new product on the horizon, that was set to revolutionise the skincare industry.
Deliverables for the Prelaunch campaign included a series of EDMs and social posts, to encourage people to sign up to the waitlist to gain early access on launch day.

PR & Press Events
In the lead up to the launch of the Radiant Complexion Serum, there were a number of Press & PR activations to give the media an exclusive first try.
Three Warriors teamed up with The Skin Bar in Double Bay to offer media the Ultimate Glow Facial, and also hosted a lunch for some of Australia’s most popular personalities, for an exclusive first-look at the new product.
Print deliverables for this aspect of the campaign included packaging for the PR boxes, Thank You cards, a printed Treatment Menu, and shoppers.
